7 and 9 have an obvious message and are the best designed. Numbers make things "real". The different justifications on 7 are really bothering the hell out of me, so look into fixing that somehow. I get the message on 9 about being a little person in a big city, but it may be hard to see that the figure is a person, so try different sizes.
I like the maze poster that you did, I like the concept of your org assisting people through life. however I am not sure if I am getting the reason behind why you placed the maze in the cross shape.
I also like the 8th one I like your typography here and how you used different font sizes to show hierarchy.
I think the seventh poster design is my favorite because it pushes the typography well. Some of the other designs incorporating the cross remind me too much of the Red Cross.
The first one and the last two are my favorite. At first I thought that the last two were one big poster, actually, because the gap between the two roughs went with your little black squares, so maybe you could try something like that?
I like the ideas of the 4th one but i think it could be played up more but the last two are my favorite because it is such a strong message and your use of type
#1 is the strongest in my opinion. You could make the red look like an "x" or a cross to convey a different message.
#9 has potiential but is still missing something. All the white space makes you curious as to what the focusing element is. Maybe if it were not in the middle of the page it would be stronger,
My favorites are 6,7,9 and 10. I really like the idea of the maze and the message of helping people through it. I think that it would be inviting to someone who may potentially be staying in the hospitality house because it is a warm and understanding message. I also like the volunteer posters (7 and 10) because I feel like statistics and number always capture peoples attention, we are constantly obsessed with how many people are doing something else or how many of something we have, so I think that plays well into current social trends. I like the message in number 9 and the way that it feels very alone, but I think that the message of number 6 is more inviting.
9 is my favorite by far. It is simple. I see the small figure in the middle of the page, and then my eye immediately goes to they yellow/orange text, and it makes sense! I like it alot!
My favorite is #4, I like the sence of the before/after look. I think it would give confidence to a viewer. I prefer the typography elements on #2 and the last one.

#6 is has a good image and tagline to go with it.
